I have to say I had a very awesome experience with a great family owned A&H tire company in DeKalb Illinois I had an issue with the first set of tires that I bought, but they resolve the issue expeditiously and I had them also do brakes on my vehicle as I was there. Everything came out great. Also I met the owner‘s wife, which she is a beautician and she ended up cutting my hair while I was waiting. Very very awesome. I highly recommend this company.
Angel and Halmar were great. I am from out of town visiting family and my wife’s tire started losing air before our long trip home tomorrow morning. A&H had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They showed me the problem, what it should look like and how to fix it. No up-selling, they just fixed my problem and got me to dinner on time. I highly recommend them to anyone, they’ll take care of you!
Xavier is straight forward great front desk. I have been here numerous times. From struts, to tire repairs, to all brand new tires. Today I go in to get tire repair on my truck and I get walked back to look at my tire, he didn't find the hole, doesn't see if it was leaking from the valve stem. Instead decided he can't do the work due to low tread pretty much just didn't want to do the work easier to put on new tire lol. So I have to go else where after all this money I put into this place.
