Dr. James Free, DO is an inappropriate, incompetent, and unprofessional psychiatrist. The entire staff of Florida Behavioral Medicine in Largo, FL are abusive, condescending, and highly unintelligent, but the worst of all is Free's medical assistant, Sydney. I am confident she does not have a high school diploma as you'll be able to tell from her voicemail alone, which you will only ever reach when trying to contact the office. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
