He is very professional and thorough, and spends a lot of time with each patient. He really listens to your concerns and issues and tries to come up with workable solutions. I really like him!
He listened to my concerns and did not try to sell me glasses or surgery! He is great with kids. My daughter enjoyed her visit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great caring doctors for their eye care needs.
Good guy A++ I went to see Dr Gonzalez with my 9 year old daughter. She is short sighted, and we needed to get her glasses and some medication because she had pink eye. He was beaming with smile all over his face. He welcomed us politely and was smart enough to make my poor daughter relax. He was hospitable and gave us very good recommendations. Great place, great service, great person and doctor. Been going here for a few years now and they are the best! No reason to go anywhere else. You will get what you pay for at the chain glasses stores, they might be a little bit more, but the service is superior.
Coming here for eye exams and contact for about 4 years or more. Always happy with the service of the staff and doctor. I have recommended the office to co-workers who were in need of a new eye doctor.
I had such a wonderful Lasik surgery experience by Dr. Agustin! My vision is so good now and Dr Agustin explained everything ahead of time so I felt very comfortable. No more glasses or contacts for me!
This guy is the real deal. After seeing 5 doctors (optometrist and ophthalmologist) in Dallas and Plano and not a single one could help me. I wasted time and money.This guy diagnosed my tearing, explained in a common sense manner and solved the problem.
