Great service
My house was just appraised for a refi. Many problems with the work of Kim Ranson. She used 2 comps of homes across the highway 3 miles away that are in a semi slum (semi trucks, tall grass, unkept houses, no gate, no hoa or no hoa keeping neighbor up). I live in a gated neighborhood with many very nice homes with many that are still being built. she put the wrong number of bedrooms even though she had pictures of the correct number.
