I needed a wheel and the staff patiently made sure it was the right one and reassured me if it wasn't they would give a full refund. Thankfully it fit and worked for my father to put on. Appreciate their honesty, sincerity, patience and plenty of other things I could say. The woman who handles the front was beyond courteous to my mother and I. Truly thankful for my mother finding this awesome place for me! You guys rock!
