I should have known when I walked in on a Saturday and there was only 1 customer. I received the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. It was cut uneven, not the length I wanted, and very ragged. Then she put gel in my hair without asking. The girl needs to find another profession or get some training. Then they had the nerve to make me pay for this mess; that I now have to find somebody that can straighten it out.
