At my initial appointment, the optometrist was very kind, asked about my eye health history, and listened to my concerns about my astigmatism. The girls out front took their time to help me pick out my frames and discussed insurance costs with me before my decision. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful. I just picked up my frames and they were the right fit and the right clarity. Having an appointment for frame pick up is definitely new.
