After some research we found Agua is the best choice within our budget, their rough in valves are made of solid brass and the cartridges are ceramic, which is hard to find in this price range, we end up bought one shower system (vienna) and two faucets, We've had it installed for 3 weeks now (by contractor) We're happy with all of them so far, like the water pressure and the quality of the finish.
