I have text messages from the same phone number listed on their Google profile confirming the service date and that payment was requested in cash/Zelle. I paid cash as instructed, and no receipt was provided. In those same messages, the business acknowledged and apologized for missing pet hair along the carpet edges. Very Affordable and did an amazing job. My dog got incontinence and they got carpet brand new again! With out the pet stuff I will be referring them to everyone
