I ordered the chair from them. After my order I did receive a email from them with order number and everything. After 2 days they sent me a email and said we don’t have your order in stock. Asked me to contact them to order a different chair or cancel my order . First of all how come you don’t have an item in your stock but customer is able to order it from your original website???? In my experience AGS is a company that cares about their customers and they work really hard to keep costs low for them as well.
Showed up at 8:10. (They “open” at 8:00 am) I needed to buy a part that broke. Shampoo nozzle broke. They had it on a shelf and I was told I can’t buy it for another 15 minutes.. clearly you need to call before you show up to buy during business hours. Be aware. Unprofessional. And their schedule is clearly inaccurate
Weird customer service at open. It had an alright selection.
Great place to go try out salon chairs, bowls, stations and mats. Way cheaper if you’re ordering bulk for a whole salon or a couple stylists.
