I had my smog test done here on a weekday afternoon. It took about 20 minutes. It was fast, and smooth transaction. Also, I had called 4 other places and this was the cheapest. This was my first time here. Hopefully my car won't need repairs, but if it does, the reviews seem great so I'll probably try it out. This is the best car repair shop in Springfield MA
The shop floor is very clean and organized and the mechanics clearly explain what and how they will perform their end of the service if something not of normal service is necessary. Agro Agro Agro Agro- What can I say. Agro took care of my car. Honest, legitimate repair for your car for a very fair price. No one gets ripped off here. Take your car to Agro, and leave with nothing buerocratic.
My honda civic needed a quick oil change and Agro's Auto Repair was efficient and friendly. Make sure to give them a call before you headout. I called in advanced and they got me in and out of their shop in less than 30 minutes. For $20, I got a honda-brand oil filter and decently branded motor oil.
This place is definitely a go to place for auto needs. I keep regular upkeep on my vehicle & needed an oil change. I stopped in on the quick based on all the great reviews. They are correct! The mechanic wouldn't even take a tip from me since they were close to closing hour. I was out in less than 45 minutes. Friendly, good service. I will definitely use those guys from now on. Thanks!
