The crew that sells the landscaping and power equipment is phenomenal. Always know their products, don't try to upsell you on things you don't need or sell you equipment that they may not be fond of. I bought my mower, leaf vacuum, chainsaw and multi-tool from them - I couldn't be happier. Now I will not be coming back to the tools and hardware side. Knowledgeable, straightforward, easy. The best if you need to be in and out. But they’re also very friendly if you ask for advice on a project!
They never have what I need
Keith took the time to answer all my questions, he helped me make a decision of what model to buy while truly listening to what was important to me. I felt he truly wanted me to get what I needed, rather than trying to just make a sale. He also gave me information on proper maintenance, and even helped me load my car. I appreciated the time and service, and will definitely be back.
Always great customer service they have knowledgeable staff. It's a small place with alot of stuff. It's the only hardware store around that has a friendly Yetti to greet you at the door
