This company is terrible. I dropped off a sample at the lab for a next day test. A lot of miscommunication on the labs part for payment and once payment was made it still took 4 days to get the results. After that they wouldn't give our partners lab result although they were on the account. If you're looking for a reliable lab to test with this is not it. They clearly don't care about customer service.

Kelly is great! But Grant who calls himself a CFO calls and yells at our employees because he's too weak to call the boss and went backwards on a deal he already made with the boss. I don't know why this company would call this kind of person a CFO.
