If you need lawn equipment serviced in a timely manner, this is NOT the place to go. 3 weeks to diagnose the issues, I'm guessing another week to order parts and another week to make repairs. Early spring the same mower was kept several weeks for a oil change. Folks behind the counter can be rude and they don't see to care. I will not be back.
Great place to buy and have your Stihl products serviced. Stopped in today to have a saw looked at. Josh greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, checked out the saw, and fixed it right then. I'll definitely be back.
