Poor engineering design choices led to the detachment of the cover while the vehicle was stationary, leading to scratches that penetrated fully to the metal. This could have detached while driving and killed someone! I told agricover to let me return it. They demanded 20% restocking fee and for me to pay for and facilitate shipping. I disputed it in PayPal, which is something they legally agreed to. PayPal decided in my favor, yet agricover is now trying to obtain money via collections. Awful people.
I’ve had the Lo Max bed cover on my past three trucks. Simple functionality and a quality American made product, purchased from my local dealer, Louisville Toppers. I had an issue with my most recent cover and it was resolved quickly with their customer service. I’ll never buy another brand.
I will never purchase from AgriCover again. They do not say anywhere in their return policy that they do not cover return shipping. Their car filter has to be applied to every product you view and there is no warning in your cart if you miss that for having parts for two completely different vehicles due to the filter refreshing. I have put numerous of these covers on in the past. I my opinion i think the company is going backwards. Installed a Tonnosport roll-up cover two months ago. Now the velcro doesn't hold anymore. Was driving down the interstate and had to pull over and roll up as I think it would have tore off. They told me it was their entry-level cover but didn't say that on the internet when I ordered it. The cross bars are velcro in as well who would make such a product and sell it. I will be looking elsewhere for a box cover from here on... read more
