Terrible company. They do not honor their public 30 day return policy with 20% restocking fee. I only test fitted the drivers side rail, immediately seeing the poor quality of the product put it back in the box and Agri-Cover will not stand behind their word of 30 day returns. Instead they make up another return policy when you contact them. I have had a good experience with this company and their quality product in the past. The Lorado Access cover I purchased in 2006 for my truck at the time is still on there with 374,000 miles on the truck currently. I replaced the initial cover material after about eight years for wear around the bow ends. I was happy enough that I bought the exact same cover for my brand new truck in 2023. A few issues with delivery by the knuckleheads from Fed Ex in delivery with the second one, but, it went on pretty well and looks great!... read more
Thank you, Curt Rostenbach, for providing amazing customer service. I truly appreciate you honoring a conversation I had with the company two years ago regarding a replacement part. At that time, I was told that if the issue happened again, it would be taken care of in the future—and you stood by that promise. That level of integrity and follow-through means a lot. I definitely recommend their products and customer service!
I try not to post negative reviews but after reaching out to the company privately and receiving the response I got I feel I owe it to other potential customers to share my experience. I couldn’t be more disappointed in my Lomax cover. I ordered the carbon fiber model for my wife’s truck knowing carbon fiber would be lighter and therefore easier for her to fold up and aesthetically from the pictures I saw of the beautiful honeycomb pattern of the carbon fiber of the Lomax cover I knew she would like it.
