Low due diligence, poor record keeping, uncertain if their practices are compliant with local rules. Couldn't find a tenant for months, then pushed ones with red flags (google it), low guidance after the initial meeting. New condo / appliances - after 1 year, had to do pest control, repairs, deal with black mold growing inside the washer. I do not recommend for new lessors. I wish I hired a realtor instead. Service is slightly cheaper than a realtor. Emre is punctual, staff write courteous emails albeit slow.
They shared my information with other realtors and I get spammed constantly now.
