The attorney 5 stars, the lady that answers their phones is the most disrespectful, rude, lazy and unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with!! I have received direct messages from social security a That the attorney has to sign, she told me "you aren't supposed to get that, its for your attorney" I told her he needs to sign it and after going back and forth she said "fax it to me" no fax number and its something I cant fax it is a NEEDED document that the attorney needs to sign. Have not gotten one phone call back from them
I had a terrible experience. They never responded to my messages and I left numerous messages and emails. Once I got angry case manager called and requested I send documentation to her and she would forward to social security. What am I paying for? So far they haven’t done anything
Do believe nothing they say the trick you and make you sign papers to represent you
This place is terrible. Don’t answer the phone. They will block your number. Hate is a strong word but I hate this place. These people are rude and stupid. No update since January 26, 2026. Anyone dealing with them get through let me know. Ricky Stern and Rapha Talgra or whatever her name is the worst. thumbs down!!!!!!
