I received a referral through my doctor, was extremely easy to set appt since they had both day, late, and even a few Saturday's available. I actually scheduled a Saturday, was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Saw Dr. Takeyama who explained thoroughly the procedure, the different options, he was super patient with my numerous questions. He was extremely patient with me.
