Dr Halpert is thorough yet very efficient - his exams go at a rapid pace all while making sure my vision prescriptions fit my lifestyle. I feel he’s done a very professional job for the 10+ years we’ve been seeing him.
Their optometrist is usually impatient with us (we have an elderly in the family whose hearing isn't good who also has language barrier issues). We did reschedule elderly family member's appt once on a busy Sat. The main optometrist expressed he's unhappy about it, we apologized and explained the circumstances following which the office rescheduled our 2nd appt with a short notice (due to heavy traffic from great race) to a date that we were out of town. I've been going to Dr Halpert since 2008, both for glasses and a minor medical condition in one of my eyes. He's friendly, he's quick and efficient in his exam, and makes sure I understand my condition.
Dr Halpert provides the highest calibre and most professional optometry services anywhere and his staff and optical department are kind and professional as well.
