I was living next to one of their properties in Bristol. It was student undergrad housing but essentially a "party house". I had to move after 3 months. The noise, croeds and undersage drinking were continuous. I am 75 and the kids harassed me when they discovered I called the cops after midnight because of the noise. The owners were not interested in anything I had to say. They do not seem to care anout being good neighbors.

As a long-time resident and homeowner and landlord , I feel compelled to share my experience regarding a property managed by Agostini in Bristol RI . For 5 years, the tenants they oversee have continuously disrupted the peace and safety of our neighborhood. We're dealing with frequent late-night parties, public urination, loud screaming, underage drinking, and even harassment of neighbors.
