Really they deserve no stars been there barley a week and have to repair things myself the area is the reason for the star definitely letting a paper trail on them.
The unit was dirty broken parts in refrigerator taped up with tape. Bugs in stove. BIG BLACK SPOT IN MIDDLE OF GRAY CARPET IN LIVING AREA. Then UNIT FAILED INSPECTION. Electrical wires wired incorrectly. Fire Hazzard, Window fell out upon opening it. Omg. The list goes on. I asked for my deposit of $350.00 back was told I’d have to come to Centerville Ohio to get it. I told them I’d have my attorney call them.
