Called in today to inquire about a lunch special I saw on Yelp. The employee wasn't aware of it, and when I suggested the listing might be mistaken, she didn't just let it go. Instead of assuming she was right, she asked me to hold so she could double-check. This level of proactive customer service is rare and highly impressive. She handles situations like a true professional and definitely has management potential! Note: She did verify there is no lunch special. I should have gotten her name for this review. Thanks
The food was delicious. I ordered lamb kabobs and my husband ordered chicken kabobs. Both were so tender and seasoned just right! We were there on a Sunday afternoon about 1:30. No problem finding a place to park and parking is free on Sunday. My husband had made reservations, just in case. He was asked if it was for a special occasion which it was for my birthday. Our waiter, who gave us excellent service, surprised me with a piece of baklava and scoop of ice cream with a candle at the end of our meal!
