Would give 0 stars if possible. The customer service is awful. I have been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back. Each time I call or leave a message with someone, I'm always promised a call back - but yet here we are 3 days later and still nothing. If they don't wish to rent a van, fine...just tell me. Agor was great to deal with until the sale was made, after, a different tune. When called for help fixing defective parts they did not help at all. When called about a problem with the gas tank stopping the gas nozzle when trying to put gas in the tank I did not even receive a call back from them. I have spent several hundred dollars and five trips to car dealers to have the problem fixed, to date it is not fixed, I keep getting told it is because of conversion the tank has been moved from the original location thus the prob... read more
