I went in for two cavities in two different teeth. He refused to treat both cavities in one visit. He did repair one cavity, and then took it upon himself to then take the leftover filling material and smear it on the 3 adjoining teeth that did not need repaired. He did not inform me of this fact nor did he fill the second cavity that I initially requested. So he did unnecessary and unrequested work while refusing to fill the second actual cavity.
