I feel heard when I am with her. She listens to what I have to say and takes her time to explain her diagnosis in a way I can understand and offers choices on my health.

Would not go back to Oak Street Health have gone back to my previous doctor. Every time I go to Oak Street Health they find something else they need to do testing on just to build the insurance company for additional procedures needed and I hear this a lot from other patients so no, I will not be going back to Oak Street Health. I think it bothered me. The most is wet and they had to pay a 2 1/2 million dollar fine for taking customers names and phone numbers from Aetna insurance who of course they’re owned by so they could ... read more
