Terrible customer service skills. They advertise 24/7 access but then give you grief if you access unit after office hours. Toilet facilities are disgusting, they don't even supply toilet paper. I've had my belongings stored with them for 3 weeks now and I stated that until I've completely stored all my belongings there I will be spending a bit of time there taking photos of my property and advertising stuff so i can downsize my unit. they agreed but within a week I started getting hassled by them because of security calling... read more
