I struggled with many agencies to find someone who can care for my elderly father with dignity and respect. Agneus is the first company that I could rely on to provide an Aide who helps us out SO MUCH! She even calls on the weekends to check on my Dad, she truly cares. This is a great company who takes care of the employees AND clients.
They don’t pay their employees, they lie I had to remove my relatives from their care
HORRIBLE experience! From the very beginning, aides (I was told they were temporary) no-called/no showed, and apparently the agency doesn’t get notified, either, until I call to find out what’s going on. The couple that did show up (temps) had no work ethic whatsoever, and basically sat. ALL who did show up complained bitterly about their low pay, and the high cost of taking Ubers, etc. into DC.
