Dr Mortel and her staff are the kindest and most compassionate people I've ever worked with. They took such good care of my grandmother for over 10 years. They came to her home monthly, and always provided such great care. Dr mortel spent so much time with her answering any questions she or even our family had. Her nurse is so wonderful and their receptionist always took care of our needs right away. I would recommend Dr mortel to anyone who needs a house visiting doctor.

I was so frustrated with Dr Mortel and Doris that I wanted to leave My Dad's room and Dr Mortel actually blocked My way with her arm. I had to physically move her arm to leave the room. Tiara the receptionist plays Dr. and doesn't give messages to Doris or Dr.. Dr says she didn't say whatTara says Dr said. Doris swears letter is in the mail over 6 times and We don't receive it for 6 weeks. Tara saying ALL the time "its been mailed". Won't order ct for HUGE growth on Dad's head..... No office only house calls and receptionist... read more
