These guys straight up lied to my face about an appointment, and previously, houses that were supposed available a week later, suddenly not before that week. So unclear on what's happening, I will never use these guys as a tenant or landlord. I suggest no one else deal with them.
They will lie to you and take your money.... Dont rent from aqm...... Very rude. Will not return your phone call... And dont expect your deposit back
These people were awesome! I needed to get a rental so I could set up a supported living for my son. Patti was very nice and gave me all the information that I needed to apply. You couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of people.
I had the same experience with Anna Girod Management. Do not rent from them, and certainly don't let them manage your apartments! They were taking 90% of the rents within three months for unauthorized 'repairs'. STAY CLEAR OF AGM management.
