Steve is great - in addition to his excellent work, he operates with integrity, professionalism and honesty. He's helped on 2 roofs with experience and expertise on major and minor matters. Furthermore, Steve has been very patient and helpful with questions and customer support. He is a gentleman as well as a professional (same goes for this team!).
When I called AGL roof to see about a new roof for my house on the Palos Verdes Peninsula near the Trump National Golf Club, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very prompt and brought many different samples for me to look at and I ultimately chose one that they recommended for durability and style. Worst customer service after the roof was installed. We called for service over a month and they do not answer to the calls. Once they called back to schedule an appointment, they were no show and no call. Do not use this company. They were harassing my husband to make me change my review. When I did not change, they made false statements and accusations about their services and us. Please read the company’s response and see how unprofessional they are.
