Called front office to schedule an appt. A/C was blowing cool air. Jade was able to work me in and Charlie showed up same afternoon. System needed 3lbs of Freon. He explained clearly all my options in advance. This is my second experience with AGL and each experience has been outstanding. Thanks AGL!

Cory came by to do a preventive maintenance check on our AC unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I could think of. Not only did he explain in detail how to maintain my unit in between services, he fixed multiple issues my builder installed incorrectly. AGL is by far the best heating and air company in Charleston.
