Called 3 days in a row now . No answer . What’s the point of having a phone or leaving a message
Really disappointed by this merging/consolidation. I love Dr. Van Walraven and Lori at reception, but ever since this merger, I've had more issues than ever. Where it may have taken max 2-3 weeks to see a specialist before, it's now taking over 3 months at minimum. I don't know why I'm complaining, maybe just hoping that whoever was in charge of this consolidation can feel some shame and guilt knowing that they've made "getting better" a LOT harder. My husband visited for the second time yesterday and his experience was very good. Dr was professional, to the point, helpful to assist with info about where to connect to get a CPAC machine, He was on time and thorough. Our first visit was not as cordial but we understand .doctor are very stressed and we appreciate his expertise.
