Having Carolyn Rosenblatt help me with my LT. Care insurance was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. She is not just knowledgeable about Health issues, care needs and insurance requirements, she knows the legal hurdles insurance companies use to try to limit their contractual obligations. I am giving one star because I found Carolyn very helpful during my meeting with her; unfortunately, I chose not to proceed with further services because her billing practices were smarmy. She had trouble with dating her services and made several errors. She actually charged after telling me she would not until she received my signed agreement. She charged for calls and emails correcting her errors. I subsequently discovered that several others had similar concerns. They refunded a remaining amount but only on my demand.
Carolyn was incredibly helpful with our legal needs. She is professional and kind and consistent with communication. We actually did not need legal services for aging parents when we consulted her but we have utilized her website that has a wealth of information on legal tips for aging parents. Thanks again Carolyn!
We feel completely ripped off by Dr. Mikol Davis and Carolyn Rosenblatt. I strongly caution you against working with these individuals.
