AIP Builders renovated our 25 year old bathroom to make it more accessible. Everyone on the crew was respectful, punctual, and conscientious. We would hire AIP Builders for any renovation or other work in the future.
We are very satisfied with the work done by AIP on our bathroom and removing high thresholds between rooms. We found them thorough in determining what we needed, spending a lot of time explaining what could be done and giving us several options. The work was done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Finally they followed up to be sure that we were satisfied. We highly recommend them.
The crew was very professional. They were very easy to work with and didn’t hesitate to ask questions which was greatly appreciated. We had Kitchen and Dining room remodeled with all new cabinets and counter tops. The basic foot print didn't change much, but there was some electrical and plumbing for new fixtures. The quality was great, on budget and there were no delays due to AIP.
The AIP team was professional, knowledgeable about building to accommodate people with different abilities and upfront with estimates. We lived in our home as it was being remodeled and they respected our home and project thoughts.
The AIP team was very considerate and professional. Our bathroom addition came out looking wonderful.
Not only were they able to do the work at our church to our agreed specifications, they did it ahead of schedule, and were able to help us address future needs in a timely and agreeable manner. We didn't work with a contractor, we worked with partners. They had our best interests in mind.
