Dawn in the office is extremely rude and not to just me other tenants that have had to deal with her rather on the phone or email never a good experience. This company acts as if they are against the tenants. My first interactions were positive they were helpful when I got into a financial bind and worked with me to avoid eviction but since that has been cleared up they talk to other tenants about my personal. STOP! Dont proceed forward with Agilon Properties!! As mentioned in all older reviews, Teresa is an agent of the owner. There are 2 sides of the story always. In case of Agilon properties, the good side is always the owner's side. Teresa (maybe a good lady but) is a glorified paper pusher and not really a Real estate agent. Her job is limited to passing your message to the property owner and sending back their response to you.
