What happened to Agilex Fragrances? Turnaround times that used to be 3–4 weeks have turned into 6+ months. We placed a purchase order in November, prepaid as required, and now it's late APRIL with no delivery — and no communication. They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls entirely. Taking a customer's money without delivering the product or providing updates isn't just unprofessional — it's unacceptable business conduct. If you're looking for a dependable fragrance supplier, look elsewhere.

Is Agilex Fragrances Still in Business? Total Silence After Order! We placed an order with Agilex Fragrances back in January 2025, and as of today — months later — we have received nothing. We’ve called multiple times, sent countless emails, and not a single response from their team. It’s like the entire company has disappeared.
