I've used them a few times now. Each time, it has been sightings of mice (another was a potential wildlife scare), and each time, they were able to squeeze me into their schedule efficiently and provided great service for a fair price. I want to acknowledge Shaq. He was great both times he's stopped by and was very helpful. Tuemeka genuinely cares to help those with urgent needs as soon as possible (as opposed to large companies like Terminex). I will continue to use their services.
Tuemeka's company was hired through another local Chicago person on my behalf. She was hired to treat a family member's building in Chicago to help me since I am in Michigan. She was paid to treat the building, remove some furniture and hire a dumpster. It took nearly two months for the work to even begin, and she blamed the local Chicago person for this delay. My experience was very nice the workers was very knowledgeable and did great work. I will definitely be calling them back out.
We were very satisfied with the services we received from Agile. The technician was very informative with each step of the services he provided . I recommend if you’re having any rodent or pest problems give them a call.
This business received a job order from our building management company explaining the issue and reason for site visit request but the experience has been frustrating. They sent numerous texts asking about the issue again and asking to arrange a visit time. After I responded, I received no follow-up. Instead, I got calls scheduling the visit and confirming times, only to be bombarded with more texts about the same issue.
