Tuemeka's company was hired through another local Chicago person on my behalf. She was hired to treat a family member's building in Chicago to help me since I am in Michigan. My experience was very nice the workers was very knowledgeable and did great work. I will definitely be calling them back out.
We were very satisfied with the services we received from Agile. The technician was very informative with each step of the services he provided . I recommend if you’re having any rodent or pest problems give them a call.
This business received a job order from our building management company explaining the issue and reason for site visit request but the experience has been frustrating. They sent numerous texts asking about the issue again and asking to arrange a visit time. After I responded, I received no follow-up. Instead, I got calls scheduling the visit and confirming times, only to be bombarded with more texts about the same issue. Tumecka took my call at 7am in a panic. She explains and answered my questions. She is licensed. I was nervous about my pest but she did go through the kitchen and behind stove and basement and bathroom for signs. I will recommend
