I walked into Agile on a Friday afternoon at 4:56 pm. (They close at 5:00) I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise they took there time made sure that I had everything I needed before sending me to the ER. Its been over 2 months and I have been going there about 2 times a week. The girls are always so kind, and respectful. Dr Dockman is awesome. Never thought I would say that about a Workers Comp dr, but he truly is a doctor who cares. My Phsical Therapist Alex is awesome as well.
Friendly, professional and very polite staff who actually listens to the patient. No long wait times to be seen. I’m very happy with the service I received here. Thank you Dr. Timothy Dockman.
Horrible experience. I had to go here for a pre employment Physical and Drug Screening. I have never had High BP or Sleep Apnea but the Dr. stated I had both because I was overweight. The physician attempted to diagnose me with High Bp and Sleep Apnea after just one visit with no previous medical records, stating because I was overweight and Black it was a “Cultural” thing. I explained I never had a history of either. I was required to take a Sleep study which I passed showing I didn’t have Sleep Apnea and my physician also ... read more
I got in the office 15 minutes prior my 2pm appointment. There was one person in front of me and four came after. They finished with the person in front of me quickly, then one by one they called all four people came after. Out of frustration I asked what happens, why did I have to wait for so long. They finally got me in by 3:30pm, I did a 5 minutes breathing test exam and they told me that I also had an X-ray order for my lungs. Went there for workers comp. Doctor stated pain was good for me told me he would allow me to go back to work with a weight restriction. Knowing I was in pain. Possibly herniated disc. Was going to put me on a 50 lb max weight I can carry. Lowered it to 30. This is crazy. I'm in pain can not put strain on my right side arm and back without causing excruciating pain. Total joke. Office looked low budget. Looks like massage bed not for exams.
