Had an appointment today for pre employment health screening physical with drug test and lab work but still took about an hour from start to finish. Also not sure if the doctor? Pa? NP? Whoever did the physical since he didn’t introduce himself could use some better bedside manner making me do like 15 different exercises and saying “you’re not listening” when I failed to do one of them exactly how he wanted. This place is working for your employer not you as the patient, if your employer sends you here request a different location. As far as the PT goes Mandy is great & her I would recommend
I went to the agile clinic in national city,ca and in the exam room was a survey bar code for the Anaheim location so not sure why that was there. The receptionist Jackie was rude. She asked me to email my employers bar code to ok the visit which I did. She said she didn’t get it although it was in my outbox as delivered and she was curt when I advised her of such. My experience (since the PA left) has been amazing I absolutely love the staff they are very helpful and supportive. They always help me when I have questions or problems and for that I am truly grateful! THANK YOU AGILE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO 🥰♥️
