Our campgrounds has been with them for 3 years. After they installed everything it took them over a year to come back out and give us service where needed. Again have not seen them for months after many requests for service.

We have been with Agile for around 4 years now. I HATE leaving bad reviews, but we have been without internet for a week now and we keep being told "we are actively looking into it" by the "support" team, and there is never a call back. Our neighbors with Agile have perfect signal so this is not a widespread issue. We very simply need a tech to come examine our equipment but no one will help. Internet goes out when it rains. They have done extremely little to correct the issue, have not visited once and act like I'm either exaggerating or wrong about it being the rain. But EVERY TIME we get a moderate amount of rain the internet goes out.

Unfortunately we are limited with internet providers in the area we live in. We have had several outages within the year and a half we have been customers of their services. They answer the phone "Yeah?" And act as though you are a burden to them when you call to report or ask about an outage. No communication on their end to the customers in which are affected by outages. We have been without internet since Friday evening and were told it would be fixed first thing Monday.
