Great day. Functional strength workout, then an hour with Che for a great massage, then a nice steam bath, shower and short nap. Che is great.
Che is a master artist and expert in her craft! I don’t think I’ve ever met someone whose understanding of the connective tissues of the body is so comprehensive. Her skills go beyond that of a masseuse; she is a true body healer. I regularly practice dance, gymnastics, and yoga so I frequently find new areas of tension or that get knotted up. I’ve been working with Che for a little bit now and each experience has been so incredible. She’s friendly and welcoming but also does a really great job understanding my goals and catering her work towards those goals. I’ve worked with many massage therapists and she’s the best!! Highly recommend.
