Angie has been doing my taxes and also a friend of mine recommended her to me. We both have continued with her for a few years now. She is wonderful and we are very satisfied, and in my case she has been personable, supportive, and nonjudgemental. It really saddens me to be leaving a negative review after years of loyalty but I am not impressed at all with Agi Tax Solutions this year. We filed an amendment back in August and haven't seen or heard a thing even after calling multiple times. And against my better judgment we still went with her to file our taxes this year because we trusted the last time was just an off encounter. Was amazing at first but as time went on she just seemed to care less and less. Really tried to work with her and just try to get answers from her. Ive called about a handful times just recently only to recieve 1 call back, and only answer 2 of my questions. Out of my many questions i had left a message about. Im really dissapointed lately.
