I deal with severe headaches and migraines occasionally, I’ve been dealing with this my entire life . I’ve taken almost every medication so I know how it works. So I go to see the doctor she lies to me and tells only a specialist can write it. Ok I let it go but then she calls me and says she changed her mind. I notice they had some bad reviews but still gave it a try. What i loved is that they take walk in and are so friendly. I did wait a little long to be seen but it was definitely worth it, Rose Lily is so patient. I had so many questions but she answer all my questions i hade and was very attentive.
If I could rate this location at 1845 Civic Center Dr. with zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for 10:30 AM to have blood drawn, but I wasn't seen until 12 PM. I was instructed not to eat anything after 12 AM. I went to bed at 9 AM, and they claimed I had over-fasted, rendering the blood test pointless. I took time off work today, lost money, and wasted my time, and still did not get my blood test completed. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I had mixed feelings. The front desk representatives were always nice to me. They also assisted with any issues urgently. My provider Gubaron was friendly, but I was uncomfortable. She left the exam room door cracked while speaking with me about my medical history. Her voice carries, so everyone could hear our conversation. My only complaint is that they don't follow through with prescriptions. I've had Rx sent to the wrong pharmacy, and no refill sent at all.
