Yeah I came in in April because I needed my dentist release form signed so they checked my out but after that I needed new appointment since my pcp was on leave they told me I can call to see if she was in, it’s been 2 months nobody ever picked up I only got an appointment when I came in person they told me next week only to find out one of them set me up in one months time and now they wanted my to do the whole process again with a new pcp I said no I want my original pcp they gave me an appointment for today and I just saw... read more
First time at this clinic. Staff was late to open. The lobby was not very inviting. No one answers the phone. Refills requested few weren't. Dr P was too quick! Just 8-9 mins! I changed insurances and now going to SWM Optum Care. Its way better for my care.
Horrible! Don't even answer the phone! Gross area, building discusting and the staff rude. I'm definitely finding decent care
