Terrible company to work for. They do not pay their employees. When I say they do not pay, I don’t mean employees are underpaid (but they are). I also mean employees are not paid for the hours they work. Employees definitely need a union because HR is also TRASH! Bottom of the barrel trash. During a pandemic you’re not paying employees!? Unacceptable!
Would love to know why their cement trucks have to rip through Petworth at 50mph. You'd think the presence of posted speed limits, crosswalks, and children would be enough indication to slow the f down.
Had concrete scheduled for 2 days in a row for 9am the first day and 12pm the second day. First day we were pushed to 12pm. Truck driver was super awesome and friendly. Dispatch was rushing him to leave and go to his next job. Second day I call at 1208 the find out where the truck is, and the lady said they pushed our time frame because we still owed 300ish dollars on our 4350 bill, in which I was not notified of the extra 300 dollar charge until on the phone with then at 1208.
