Horrible. Always have to leave a voicemail because agency does not answer the phone. When asked for a mailed invoice for our honeymoon reservations, agency worker asked "Why would you want that?" Enough said!
Horrible experience!! Our travel agent would not return phone calls and told wedding guests she was "too busy" to take their contribution to our honeymoon fund. I had to wait over an hour and a half to pick up our plane tickets. I would not recommend liberty travel!!!
I won a gc from them and used them for a cruise and was really impressed with their service and competence
