We were actually stalked & harassed by a representative from Liberty Travel. Her name is Lisa Siubus out of NJ. We are frequent guests at Sandals in Ocho rios, Jamaica. Lisa is a travel agent who actually violates the rules for marketing posted by sandals for agents. Her husband; Vaughn runs a sandals group on FB. Lisa is a moderator (admin) they use the group to solicit people to book with liberty travel. In the very beginning, while working on BOOKING the trip, my agent was great- very helpful and reactive. AFTER booking, she was impossible to get answers from. I had to send multiple emails that never got answered until I would forward to OTHER agents. And every time I emailed her, an out of office reply would come on stating she would be back a specific date. So I would wait until a couple days after that date, email again, and get ANOTHER out of office reply with a DIFFERENT date- I think she tried to screen her emails. SO... read more
