We stayed at the Corner Cottage for graduation weekend at Texas A and M and wanted a place our family could convene and relax in one venue thus avoiding the multiple hotel rooms. The house served its purpose well for that. It did not meet the advertisement as expected though. The first thing we noticed were dead bugs everywhere. That they were dead was great but we would have expected a thorough check on the house before our arrival so walking in to see dead bugs everywhere was not our initial impression of the house. We stayed at the Sterling house May 2017 for my daughters wedding and graduation. Pros - very good location with adequate parking close to the college campus, stores and restaurants. The house is functional, neat and basic. Paper goods are supplied. Cons - there were two major issues. The house has tile floor and there is a definite urine odor possibly coming from the grout. We had our daughters wedding here and it was so beautiful. The owners are so nice and helpful. Would recommend to any one. Much more than a 5 star.

Girlfriends and I recently stayed at the 12th Man Retreat while we were back in College Station for a sorority reunion. The house was perfectly accommodating for our group! The rooms were a good size, the decor was super cute and the location couldn't be beat -- near the intersection of George Bush and Texas Ave! We especially enjoyed the covered patio! In addition, the booking process and the check in/check out procedures were super convenient. I'd highly recommend Aggieland Vacation Rentals for future visits to Aggieland!
