By far one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. I only stayed here for a year and it was absolutely unbearable. Our air conditioning broke 4 times the longest being for two weeks. Some days I would have to go stay at a friend’s house because it was so hot. Our lock would brake once a month and then they would send a guy to put some WD-40 on it until it broke again. This company stole my safety deposit and never gave it back. Several years ago I rented a property from them and put a safety deposit down. I moved out but the other people stayed at the place and a new tenant moved in to take my place. I called and emailed, but I never got my safety deposit back from them. Not surprised though as most property management companies are this way. Poorly run and unethical.
I have had positive and negative experiences with the company. But the guy being sarcastic to me for no reason when I am trying to find out more information about a property that I pay a Godawful amount of money to live in is ridiculous!!
1 star rating is way too high for this property management team. My wife , 2 kids one being 2 weeks old and myself moved into one of their properties might single handily be the worst management team i've ever used in 3 states mind you. Very hard to work with. They don't follow through with their promises. Black mold growing in the property that I HAD TO DEAL WITH MYSELF. Was late 2 times in two years and total of almost $600 tacked on because of said late fee. Im cool with a late fee its my fault we were late I lost my job ... read more
