This review is long overdue. It is lengthy and I apologize for that. I'm a property owner of units in College Station & a property manager myself for my out of state properties. Aggieland Property Management manages 2 duplexes for me. As a property manager myself, I understand how difficult it is to satisfy tenants & can only imagine how difficult it is to do that for both tenants & property owners. The absolute worst management property around. By far the most unprofessional, lazy, negligent people I have ever encountered. How this company has not been reported or investigated legally for rental law neglect and the Better Business Bureau is questionable. The laundry list of things I could speak about for this company and my 1 year experience is unfathomable. Don’t believe the reviews! I lived at one of their properties for little under a year and the experience was great! Whenever I had an issue inside the unit the maintenance team would always go above and beyond to repair the issue. When I moved out, the property management team was beyond fair with the move out charges and gave me a huge refund. The group inside the office was always happy to attend to any of our issues with the upmost respect and their response time was great.
I’d give Aggieland Property Mgmt NEGATIVE star if I could! Unit was old, dated, dirty. WiFi was weak and didn’t work most days. They’re horrible to deal with and will try to find any possible reason to charge us extra fees for no reason. Stay clear from them and their properties!
By far one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. I only stayed here for a year and it was absolutely unbearable. Our air conditioning broke 4 times the longest being for two weeks. Some days I would have to go stay at a friend’s house because it was so hot. Our lock would brake once a month and then they would send a guy to put some WD-40 on it until it broke again.
