I do not recommend renting through them! Our ac kept going out through the whole year, worst time was the summer!! It took them coming out 8+ times and threatening to sue for them to finally replace it!! We never even had a dishwasher because it was broken and they would not fix it.
My experience with Aggieland Properties has been absolutely wonderful. Jamie was my property manager for a rental unit I owned and she was professional, competent, and cheerfully responsive. She helped us navigate a very difficult situation with one of our tenants and did so with compassion and professionalism. I previously used two other very sub par property management companies, and I can confidently and enthusiastically recommend Aggieland Properties and Jamie!

Samantha at Aggieland Propteries is the BEST!! Where do I even start? Before listing our house she came out and walked us through what we needed to do to get it market ready. She even sent us contacts that were amazing to get the bigger jobs done.
