They just want your money. They don’t care about the tenants whatsoever, as long as they’re getting paid. Don’t recommend ever living here or bringing a pet here.

If you’re leasing through Aggieland Properties, know this: if anyone in the house extends the lease, your student may not get their security deposit back—even if they paid their rent in full and left the property in better condition than they found it. Very disappointed with our experience with Aggieland Properties. 10 months after our students moved out, we were notified by a collection agency that we had not paid a moveout fee that all four tenants were never notified of. Kenzie would not return my call/email and instead blocked my number. I just wanted an explanation.
