They were quick to send out someone to fix a plumbing problem in one of my restrooms. The young man was very nice and did a fast and clean job. Very professional.
So incredibly frustrated. We are trying to move back to BCS from Honduras and have repeatedly tried to not only view a property, but to even just rent it sight unseen. Have applied, paid the fee and explained we needed to secure something asap. Their page shows about 10+ employees, however apparently only ONE person can show a home and scheduling an appointment is next to impossible. Now 2 full weeks after application and I explained need for speed on acceptance, have heard absolutely nothing. Am finding this to be the norm ... read more
