Paid $15.00 and my car had an immense amount of water spots on the body and windows and dirt still on the hood.

Disappointed... I was excited about this. But they truely failed me on my first experience. I paid for the most expensive wash, ended up drying my own car... Then came back the next day because it sprinkled over night so my car was filthy again, just to get a rinse off, and they said I needed my receipt(which I threw away while drying in their trash cans) although I showed proof of purchase via bank receipt that wasn't good enough. So much for that $25 and customer service..
