I would go several times a week and know every scratch on my car, but yesterday I went in and came out with a huge scratch. The owner Jed refuses to believe his car wash did this even though my car is garage kept and I work from home so my car doesn't travel enough to get exposed elsewhere to a scratch like this. Third negative experience of dealing with this carwash. Im finished... too bad for their poor quality of service. I would never recommend it to anyone who wants their car to come out clean, recieve friendly service or expect the business to take responsibility for damaging the vehicle.... Now mind you... these experiences all took place on different occasions by different people in my family who have been loyal customers of this car wash. This is by far the best carwash in town. I have had memberships to the other 2 and didn't get the same level of service or professionalism that I get here. Great job Aggieland Express! You earned my business for life.
